We'll try a second attempt at upgrading to the latest lemmy version.

Due to a required database migration, the site will be unavailable while this runs. While estimates say this should take no more than 10 minutes, we suspect this will take significantly longer.

There will be plenty of backups :)

If this fails again, we'll recreate the site up to the time prior to the update.

Due to frequent 504 errors, we will be selectively breaking things to see what fixes it.

This might include a server restart.

Lemmy.zip Server will be restarted, and images may be offline for a short while.

Updating Lemmy to version 0.19.12. There may be downtime on the server as part of this.
